How Can You Support 16 Strong Project?
16 Strong Project is a grassroots, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We value every single donation, and no amount is too small. Your contribution goes directly towards educating youth and providing them with resources on mental health and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). We empower youth to take control of their own mental and emotional wellbeing and equipping them with the tools and strategies to navigate the challenges associated with facing adversity, and YOU are what makes this possible!

What does my donation go to?
$10 provides resource cards and informational flyers to a small school group or club
$25 provides up to 150 kids with ACEs and mental health resources
$50 provides up to 300 kids with ACEs and mental health resources
$100 provides up to 500 kids with access to 16 Strong’s Every Voice Heard Initiative
$250 provides training for 15 youth leaders to become expert educators on mental health and ACEs
$500 provides up to 1,000 kids with information packets, resource cards, and informational flyers
$1,000 provides a whole school or community access to all 16 Strong programs and tangible resources for youth (includes coping items, resource cards, stickers of hope, t shirts, etc.)
